How long have you worked for NBC?
I have worked for NBC just over 4 years

What was your career before NBC?
Worked at a Solicitors in the Court of Protection team as a supporting Case Worker.

Tell me about your role within NBC and what that entails
My role is to manage the Client Service Department. This includes many different elements, ensuring the customers are happy and the work we process is of a good standard. A lot of my role consists of reporting, liasing with our accounts team and operations team. Being hands on with the calls and reactive works that come in. Ensuring we are hitting KPI’s and meeting customer SLA’s.

What do you enjoy about working for NBC? 
I like the diversity of the company and the growth that I have had here.

How would you describe the work environment?
Busy, very busy! – no day is ever the same. My team are supporting and passionate about the role which makes the environment very pleasant.

Tell me about the team you work with
I work the Client Services Team, which I overall manage. This consist of 4 members. We have Jane & Fiona who work on the ‘ Rapid response’ Element of the desk and then Chantele who deals with all Key Account/ Commercial work. Then recently Lauryn who has joined up to support the desk in a split role with IT. Close knit team who support each other.

Where do you see your future with NBC?
I would like to see myself taking on more responsibilities overall of managing the department and team growth.
