Rodent Clearance 

Our customer, a property management company, were taking control of a property with a view to leasing it the following month. There were reports of a mouse infestation within the premises and it was essential any treatment be completed and problem resolved before the new tenants moved in in 4 weeks.

Our Solution

Any infestation would ordinarily take approx. 21-28 days to regain control – this left us very limited window to resolve. The  NBC team in Birmingham worked with the customer to arrange access the following day to survey with a view to treatments commencing the following day. NBC put together a suitable riddance programme, along with the installation of rodent proofing measures to prevent further ingress (essential given the winter months soon approaching). The infestation was cleared and the new tenant was able to move in to a clean, rodent free home.
