“NBC Environment has been working under contract for the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS) for over 4 years, and I would recommend their services.

NBC have provided us with a good level of service in relation to bird control on our sites and have helped to reduce the amount of Pigeon and Seagulls nesting/resting on the sites. We have calculated that in the first year of the contract over 4 tons of pigeon mess was removed from the roof areas and court yards because of NBC controlling the amount of bird resting in these areas.

I have always found NBC to be flexible to our site and have worked with the UHS to provide around the clock service when needed to have certain activities done to suit site needs.

In the last couple of years, we have invited NBC to attend up our hospital open day to show the public what we our doing and what they can do for us regarding supporting these activities. This has helped the public to understand what we have achieved and how working in partnership with NBC has assisted us in keeping a clean hospital environment. ”
